1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our website, mobile app, or laundry concierge services (the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use our Services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or a legally registered business entity to use our Services. By registering, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.

3. Service Overview

Bubbles provides door-to-door laundry concierge services, including but not limited to: - Pickup and delivery of laundry - Wash, dry, and fold services - Special care options (e.g., hypoallergenic detergent, garment-specific handling) - Custom service scheduling and invoicing for business clients.

You agree that there are no bodily fluids, urine, blood, etc. as part of your laundry.  You understand that should there be any bodily fluids your laundry will not be cleaned and therefore returned to you in that same condition.  You agree that there are no illegal substances.  Should any be found, it will be reported to local law enforcement.

4. Account Registration

To access full services, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activities under your account.

For business clients, additional verification and approval may be required before services begin.

5. Pickup & Delivery

·         Pickup and delivery times are scheduled based on your selected time slots and confirmed zip code coverage.

·         Missed pickups or deliveries may result in rescheduling fees.

·         If no one is available at the time of pickup/delivery, and no instructions are provided, Bubbles may not complete the service and rescheduling may be required.

6. Laundry Weight & Pricing

·         Pricing is based on total weight measured after pickup, unless otherwise agreed upon.

·         Final charges may differ from estimated totals shown during booking.

·         Pricing details are visible in your client dashboard or will be included on your invoice.

7. Payments

·         Payment is due upon completion of service unless net terms are explicitly agreed upon in writing (for business accounts only).

·         We accept major credit cards and other digital payment methods via Shopify’s secure platform.

·         Late payments may incur service suspension or late fees.

8. Cancellations & Refunds

·         You may cancel or reschedule any pickup up to 12 hours in advance.

·         Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis and issued only for service errors or damages caused by Bubbles.

9. Garment Care & Liability

·         We take reasonable care of your garments but are not responsible for:

o   Items with no care labels

o   Color bleed from unsorted loads

o   Pre-existing damage

·         Any loss or damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Our maximum liability is limited to the fair market value of the item(s), up to $50 per order.

10. Insurance (If Applicable)

Optional coverage may be available for high-value garments. Check your client account or contact us to learn more.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for abuse of service, non-payment, fraudulent activity, or violations of these Terms.

12. Privacy

Your personal and business information is handled according to our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your information with third parties without consent.

13. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
