Start by registering your business with an account. You MUST be a registered business within the county you operate in. Proof of business registration is required. This could be a license number issued by the state, fictitious name registration, etc.

The next steps will walk you through business location, terms and conditions, laundry preferences and payment options. There must be an active payment method on record.

Payment is processed as a preauthorization when the laundry request is placed if you are requesting a onetime pickup. Once the items are weighed prior to washing the final amount will be calculated and billed to your payment method. As a reminder weights are calculated by a standard delivery of $1.50 per pound and express delivery of $2.50 per pound. We do offer other payment options if you would like to set up recurring pickups and delivery.

If additional information is needed, the owner will reach out to you to finalize.

Select if you want Standard or Express Wash and Delivery. The cutoff times for laundry pickup and delivery as follows:

Standard Wash:

If your order is placed BEFORE 3pm Monday-Friday, your laundry will be picked up by 8pm that day. If your order is placed AFTER 3pm Monday-Friday, your laundry will be picked up by 8pm the following day. If you have specific hours of operation, please advise in your order notes.

Express Wash:

If your order is placed BEFORE 10am Monday-Friday, your laundry will be picked up by 2p and delivered by 8p that same day. If your order is placed AFTER 10am Monday-Friday, your laundry will be picked up by 5pm and delivered by noon the following day.

Weekend & Holiday Orders:

If your order is placed for pickup on a weekend, your order will be picked up Monday by 3pm. We are taking into consideration that you are a business and have specific hours of operation.

If your order is placed for pickup or delivery on a holiday, we will pick up or deliver the next business day. If you need your laundry order picked up or delivered that Holiday, there will be a $20 fee charged and you will need to advise in your order notes if this is needed.

Pickup Frequency:

You have the option to select the frequency of pickups. For example, do you want a one-time pickup because you have too much on your plate right now? Then you would select One time. Do you want to set up recurring pickups? Select how frequently you would like the pickup service.

Laundry Coverage:

Basic Coverage means that there is no coverage and no fee. Standard Coverage is $5 and covers any damage to your laundry up $100 worth. Premium Coverage is $10 and covers any damage to your laundry up to $250 worth.

How do you know which Bag Size to select? Below is a comparison of bag sizes to help you select which size is right for your order.

Small ($15) - 4 Gallon bag or less, grocery bag or similar.

Regular ($30) - 13 Gallon bag, standard kitchen garbage bag or similar.

Large ($40) - 30 Gallon Contractor Bag or similar.

Oversized ($50) - 50 Gallon Contractor Bag or similar.

What are your options for washing?

We ONLY use Tide, Downy and Clorox brands. Tide detergent is Regular Tide with Oxy and Tide Free & Gentle (Hypoallergenic). Downy is Bliss Sparkling Amber and Rose. Clorox is regular (not scented). Select which you prefer for your laundry.

How does the final cost get calculated so I know what the payment is?

Once you place your laundry order a preauthorization will be sent to your payment type depending on the selections you chose. The final cost will be determined based on the weight prior to washing.

If Standard Delivery is selected the weight will be multiplied by $1.50 per pound. If Express Delivery is selected the weight will be multiplied by $2.50 per pound for the final cost. There is a minimum order charge of $30 for Standard Laundry orders and $50 for Express Laundry order. Should your laundry weight fall under these minimums the corresponding minimum charges will apply.
